The framework

What the Bienestar Vitae Method is

It's a working framework that brings together applied psychology, the science of habit and workplace wellbeing in a clear process: diagnose, gain clarity, plan, support, integrate and measure. It doesn't start from universal formulas, because no two lives — and no two companies — are alike. It starts from your real point of departure and builds from there, with small, measurable, real steps.

What we're after

What we mean by real wellbeing

Real wellbeing isn't being happy all the time or erasing stress from your life. It's having better conditions to live and work: energy that recovers, a mind that rests, relationships that hold you up, work that doesn't consume you and a direction that means something to you. It isn't a state you reach and keep effortlessly; it's a balance you tend to. That's why we don't work on momentary feelings, but on the conditions that produce them.
