For years I've worked on wellbeing from the inside: with people who wanted to take back control of their lives, and with organisations that wanted to stop treating burnout as inevitable. From that work the Bienestar Vitae Method was born — a practical way to bring together psychology, habits and workplace wellbeing without falling into the superficial or the purely clinical. I write, I give talks and I guide processes. And I'm developing an app to bring the method into everyday life. Behind Bienestar Vitae there's a person who answers, not a department.
